The staff. so helpful guiding me to the MYBYK city bike hire scheme, excellent fast laundry service, good restaurant recommendations, and helping me send a 6kg parcel to my final Homestay for collection in three weeks time. The location - on the other side of the road is a green area to the side of the art gallery building and you look out onto big green trees. The hot hot water available at all times.
