Looking for a lodge?

Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.

Superb lodge with a lovely room and facilities. An extremely warm welcome which was greatly appreciated after a rough ferry crossing from Stornaway. 🤢

Location of the hotel was good, however it was too much like the budget hotels like Premier Inn or Travellodge.

We were staying in one of the lodges by the Loch, beautiful room with stunning views. Very clean & comfortable, with outside seating to enjoy the views. Good tea & coffee station with small fridge, wine glasses etc. Staff were very friendly, we especially liked the young chap from New Zealand (sorry didn’t get his name) who served our breakfast. Very good two night stay & would highly recommend.

We stayed in one of the three lodges at the edge of the loch. Exceptional fit out.All you need and beautiful views of the loch. Alan and Gillian were fantastic hosts. Nothing too much trouble and very helpful.Breakfast in the main building very good. Fantastic base to explore the majestic beauty of the west coast.

Absolutely everything. We stayed in the lodges on the loch and they are just incredible. Employees we met were fantastic, incredibly welcoming and attentive. The dram on arrival was a nice touch! If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Ullapool, make it a lodge at Harbour House!
