David was wonderful and couldn't have done any more to make our stay any better. It is a beautiful lodge with all you could possibly need for an easy, relaxing, holiday. The facilities were fantastic and the use of a washing machine and a dishwasher made life much easier when self catering. Shops and takeouts were a short drive away. Just a fantastic place to stay.

The check-in process, having to get the key from nextdoor, was fine and the man who greeted us at reception was polite and friendly. The room was dated but clean and the tea and coffee facilities were decent. The hotel was in the perfect spot for getting to the North Euston Hotel where we were attending a party. There was plenty of on road parking in the area.
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
Lovely immaculate lodge, the kids loved it. Lovely comfy beds and settee. We were met with a bowl of chocolates (the kids were happy) and stuff for a brew including a small bottle of milk in the fridge (I was happy). The location is a 15 minute drive from Lythem St Anne’s which was perfect for us and there’s lots of amenities just a few minutes drive away such as a Tesco local and Macdonalds.
Derek is a wonderful host. Makes sure you have everything in your rooms. Derek is around if you need anything. The apartments are very spacious. Excellent views to the sea front.

The lodge was immaculate and everything we needed was there. It was so peaceful on a residential street and only a 5 minute drive to the sea front. The hosts were so lovely and we were able to use the driveway to park too
Sea salt lodge has everything and more that you could possibly want. The place was immaculately clean and the owner left tea coffee sugar milk biscuits and water for our arrival, shower gel shampoo and conditioner in the shower cubicle.
All in all we would highly recommend.
Derek of Manhattan Lodge was very welcoming, our apartment was clean and comfortable, the location was great for all of the shops, facilities, bars and restaurants in St Annes as well as for public transport to visit other locations such as Lytham and Blackpool, and it was excellent value for money.
Pippin Lodge is beautifully presented to a very high standard. Excellent use of space & extremely deceiving from the outside. Comfortable beds & spacious lounge/dining area. Absolutely perfect location for exploring Lytham! I'll certainly use again. 😊
It was really nice to meet Andrea and the lodge was a really nice place to stay; the family were very impressed with the space and enjoyed having their own bedroom and their own space; no brainer to look for this option again for any future stays in Lytham.
