    The location was fantastic close to towns and great walks with our dog. The lodge was private , clean and comfortable with lovely extra touches from the hosts.

    Room was very nice, nothing like the photo on the website. It looked a bit basic in the photo but it’s certainly on par with travelodge and premiere inn. Room felt new and modern. En suite was very nice and clean. Shower was great. I was expecting a single bed as listed in the booking but it was a double and very comfy. Great location in Darlington, I managed to get to where i wanted in Darlington by walking.

    We were there at Harrowgate Hill lodge for a week and our experience was exceptional . The staff was really helpful and special thank should goes to Ms Sharon and Mr Poul for their kindness and going an extra mile to help us. We were with a 2 year old kid and everyone were so supportive . Even the other guests were also so cocooperative. There was a fridge and microwave too. We loved our stay and highly recommend Harrowgate Hill Lodge to others.

    We have heen staying at Harrowgate Hill Lodge for more years than I can remember. It is conveniently located, with good parking, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Recently added are some well equipped self catering apartments, that offer excellent value for money.

    The staff were very friendly the price was excellent the lodge was very clean but they need to sort out the water pressure and sort out the hot and cold water as they are back to front

    Breakfast was delicious, catered well for additional allergies as well. Room was clean, b and b was quiet, handy location for a wedding we were attending at Middleton Lodge.

    We visited for a wedding in Middleton Lodge and it was a perfect base. We used the kitchen and it was easy to get ready with friends and only a short drive from town and the venue.
