Everything was great. You never know when you book someone's backyard guest house, but the engineering and design of this property was superb. Down a slope from the main house, which is not visible at all from the accommodation, with a huge wall of windows facing the river and the Wharfedale, looking across to Grassington. View off the porch when we arrived is included here. Location was great - easy walk to Grassington and easy access to plenty of public footpaths in the Dales. Hosts were friendly and gave us all the space we wanted. Good recommendations for food and activities and walks. Do yourself a favor and read the Grassington book when you first arrive. We walked the village and later wished I had looked at the book before striking out.
