It was all very elegant and luxurious place and we enjoyed staying at Terramia Estate a lot. Exellent quality. Plus stunning views, lots of birds and very quiet and romantic. Hot water in bathroom. Comfortable big bed with very soft linen. Definitely worth the price.

Amazing location if you are looking for a quiet location. Cute wooden cabins with open walls (with the net). Perfect place for relax. The hosts were very nice. They don't understand English, we don' understand much Spanish but they make all the effort trying to understand us and we agreed everything. Also thanks to translation app :) Location is 20 minut walk from the village (shops, restaurants) or 10 minutes from the road (moto taxis available)

Beautiful property that Pilar, the owner, really cares about. We spent the last days of our Colombia trip here and we are so glad we did. Pilar gave us a room with a mesmerizing view of the scenery with Santa Marta seen from afar. We can hear birds, watch flowers and go on excursions nearby. Cute, cosy and relaxed guesthouse. The host, Maria is so helpful, friendly & kind. Lina is awesome too. The location was perfect for me, just a few mins walk into town but the route across the river is so nice, you can also go the road way too if you prefer. Maria provides complimentary water, coffee & tea during your stay. Being slightly outside town means it’s very peaceful, so probably not for the party people. I would highly recommend staying here and if I return to Minca I will definitely stay again, it certainly lives up to its name…A proper home from home 🥰

We had a wonderful stay at casa magica. The location is great! We had a wonderful view and amazing sunsets. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable but the terrace is the best. We ended up doing way less things that we planned to do because we enjoyed relaxing in the hammock so much. The host is super warm hearted and made us feel at home :)
