Located on the east coast of Cape Breton, near to many famous hiking trails Franey, North River (although 60 kms), warren lake, keltic lodge etc. Compared to my last visit, they have fixed the squeaky floors with better one .

The location was great, right on the beach, nice view toward the Keltic Lodge. The grounds were cute and nice area for kids to run and play and the fire pit area was a bonus. It was also quiet there.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at 20 Acre Woods. The hosts were very inviting and it is a lovely accommodation. We stayed two nights in the King room so we could visit the Ingonish area and do the hike at the Keltic Lodge. We ate two dinners at the Coastal Restaurant Pub which is very near. Excellent service and food! I would recommend friends and family to stay at 20 Acre Woods.
