Josh is the heart and soul of Sponars Chalet. Nothing was a problem for him and he had a fantastic "can do" attitude.

The dinners were excellent and the service exceptional. We dealt mostly with Chris and Kyle who were both extremely friendly and always happy to have a chat. Thanks to Jodie for a wonderful and relaxing stay. We loved having pats with
Chilli.

Location location! We came to snowboard as beginners and the lodge was conveniently located near the red bus pick up spot which took us to Friday flat and returned us to the lodge each day. We were also walking distance across from the Kosciuszko chairlift which was fantastic, and the Alpine coaster. Beautiful views from the loft which we stayed in, and a lovely window in the ceiling with a shutter which could be manually open door closed. Convenient drying rooms at the bottom for all of our wet snow gear, and a coin operated washing machine and dryer was very handy. There was a luggage lift which helped us avoid lifting our heavy bags up a further four flights of stairs.
Set 1.1 km from Thredbo Alpine Village, Aneeki Ski Lodge offers accommodation with a shared lounge, barbecue facilities and a shared kitchen for your convenience. Free WiFi is featured.

Impeccably clean, rooms comfortable and lodge cosy and warm. Hosts are welcoming and attentive and all facilities are well maintained.
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
Rosemary was an absolutely wonderful host, and made our stay super enjoyable. The food was delicious and the lodge was very homely, providing a great place to rest after a big day at the snow. Will definitely be back here next time!
Karen and Shane as well as all staff were exceptional! Made it a great experience for us and will definitely be back. The lodge was in a great location at the bottom of the slopes with easy access to blue cow as well as front valley, pretty valley, etc.
Food was outstanding and the wine list was extensive.
The lodge has a fire place in the main lounge room as well as a sauna and pool table downstairs so always something to do
Wonderful lodge, stayed for a few nights and we were welcomed by the manager who helped us with our bags. Walking from the ski area to the lodge was a nice stroll and very simple. Breakfast and dinner was amazing and the atmosphere was simply stunning. Will definitely be back.
We loved our stay at Boonoona Ski Lodge. The location was perfect and very quiet and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
Food was great, there was a beautiful outlook from our bedroom and also the Dining Room.. We would love to stay here again!
Breakfast and dinner were included. The lodge was beautiful and cosy. The lodge felt friendly and inviting. The staff were amazing and talkative. The food was beautiful and delicious. Great views of the slopes and weather.
I can’t wait to review how happy we were during our stay in Boonoona Lodge. Matt, the manager, and all his staff were so nice and friendly. They were so considerate and helpful. We had the best meals we ever had in Perisher area. We enjoyed relaxing at the spa after a full fun day of skiing. Matt picked us up and dropped us back to the snow saved us from walking on ski boots. Excellent service!
Very warm and comfortable interrior. Drying room is perfect for people going to the slopes. Rosemary was super nice to offer us lifts to and from the lodge to perisher ski tube. Fresh mountain water tasted amazing. Meals were satisfying and desserts are a must try here.
We loved our stay. Matt was super helpful. The best part was food, especially the dinner, awesome quality and taste.
Since it is not too crowded we enjoyed the TV room as well as Pool. The location is not that bad and walkable given there was no snow on the road. Matt did provide pickup and drop from the lodge to the Perisher Center.
Everything is perfect host is super nice and helpful chief was brilliant .
I’ve never had such a delicious meal in any of the hotel ( most of them are five start quality and the food is expensive yet not as good as the lodge !)
Kids were super happy and enjoy their kids meal as well.
We can’t wait to come back again with our family !
Thank you Matt and team !
A big thanks to the manager who was super helpful through out my stay.
Dinner was amazing, far beyond other ski lodges I stayed near by.
The property was immaculately clean and extremely well maintained for a building at it’s age.
