Staff was very respectful, responsible, friendly and reliable. Staff was going above and beyond in accommodating us. They have been taught very well how to treat customers. Food was absolutely delicious. Facilities were amazing, clean, huge, and accomodating, make you feel home. Shuttle was spot on. Big ups to Allen and all team at reception and restaurant.

Spectacular view over the Zambezi river with the mist of the falls in the distance. Within a short, safe walk to the falls. Super helpful and friendly staff who are obviously very well trained. Loved the Zebras, Impalas and Giraffe calmly walking around the property. Bed was super comfortable and the room spotless with a stunning view.

The nicest staff work here! Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty and the hotel is a short walk from the main road. The bar area was nice and the staff put on the game we wanted to watch. Good value. I would stay here again.
