Everything! This place is really amazing. It is the first place that I have stayed at in a while that actually has a stocked fridge in your room.
The bed is super comfy, there is a desk to work at and a nice selection of DSTv channels, which I did not know could be something that I cared about.
The breakfast is delicious and filling if you eat something of everything.
I will definitely visit again.

Exceptional apartment...really enjoyed my stay and wish we would even stay for a whole week. Everything was as advertised except that there were no condiments, and when I raised that with the owner he brought them within hours. I love it, I love the service. Definitely coming back, that is a promise.

I did not like the set up of being booked in someone's flat instead of a BnB. I did Han enjoy the comfort I expected. I never wanted to cook. That room was used because the towel in the bathroom was dirty and had make up... I don't wear makeup. Bathroom was not properly cleaned with visible dirt behind the door. The sheets were not clean and you could tell that someone was there before us. Next time book me in a proper place not in a residential area and school girls flat

We used Google to check out nice spots where we could go and enjoy ourselves and there was a place offering Go-Karts but navigator took us straight to menlyn mall😟. It's a quite and safe place, with easy access to restaurants, deliveries, transportation etc. I tried out the Fire room and I enjoyed the experience and taste of their meals, did some shopping at Menlyn Mall.
Hotel at Hatfield Apartments is located across the street from the British High Commission in Pretoria. There are numerous other embassies located within walking distance (e.g., Republic of Congo, Gabon, USA), so if you're visa shopping this is a good place to stay. There is a strip mall with a couple of good restaurants located less than a kilometer away. For the very reasonable nightly rate, it would be difficult to beat this hotel.
- Location, very easy to access Pretoria North, West & Central
- Furniture, everything in the property is brand new, you can see and feel it
- Room had a fridge, microwave, sufficient cutlery and crockery, AND a two plate stove
- Access remote, we had our own access remote to move easily in and out of the property
- The staff is very friendly
- I can see myself coming there for a leisure and business trip
The Environment And the natural settings was absolutely amazing slightly away from the city which was highly enjoyable for me. The apartment was really spacious as well and the bedrooms were super comfortable and neat. All in all this was am amazing place to stay within Pretoria definitely would book there again.
Its a fine beautiful quiet place, WiFi, and host was great to assist us and host us well and easy to find. The kitchen tools was there. It felt home and the shoping mall is just 10 mins walk. My first time to be in Pretoria North felt like my birth place. Beautiful and neighborhood.

The guest house is centrally situated, very close to the University of Pretoria. The facilities were spacious, super-clean and comfortable, and breakfast was splendid. Hosts Jeanette and Wynand were superb, and made one feels as home.
Lovely and helpful staff. Check in was easy and they were very accommodating for me to check in and then come back much later the same night. Comfortable bed and room, and situated in a lovely, quiet part of Pretoria East.
Did not have breakfast, but from previous experience it is like home cooking. One thing about Birdwood, is it is quiet. Very quiet. And close to most of central Pretoria. This is a real family business.

Everything. The convinience. Was actually attending school there and just realiser it was just same street and 4 minutes walk. Menlyn Mall was also a walking distance. It's central and clean.
Location was as expected. Accommodation and facilities were top notch. Safe and quiet area, that enables piece of mind. Also, found very safe to ride my bike further and around Pretoria East.
