Communication is key. The host sent me places of interest before my arrival. Upon arrival, Gina was so helpful. She is always less than 10 min away when you need help.
Graskop is generally cold, and the host is so thoughtful. We had extra blankets and even water bottles to keep us warm.
I'm looking forward to my next stay because the hospitality we got was great. My friends and I had a wonderful time

What a nice and refreshing place, Jane and the other lady welcomed us with warm hands and the breakfast was exceptional. They even went an extra mile by decorate the room for a surprise Birthday for my partner as it was her birthday Baecation. the place is less than 30 minutes from both the location we were interested in which is God’s Window and Graskop Gorge Lift Co. we enjoyed our dinner at Divine Foods At The View
We definitely recommend a visit to Graskop. It was a great base for touring around the Panoramic Route. We rented our own car from Joberg, which was the best decision we made. The roads around Graskop were easy to navigate, and the views were superb.
We went to so many places in just one day! I think if we stayed one more night, it would have been perfect. We missed out doing the ziplines and eating at Harry's Pancakes!
But in one day, we saw waterfalls (Lisbon and Berlin), the Three Rondevals, Burkes Potholes, and God's Window (you must climb to the top!).
It was a fascinating day! Our eyes saw so much beauty!

* zip lining at the gorge
* river rafting. Though it was in June, we loved it. We only felt cold afterwards. The guides were the best
* God's window, Lisbon falls, potholes ....

The town and surrounding areas are great places to visit.There’s some great restaurants in the surrounding areas for meals. I didn’t like paying admission fees for every single tourist attraction along the roadside. Road infrastructure is dangerous and should be used with extreme caution.

Graskop is a small town and has a couple of nice restaurants we went to. Has a small grocery store for supplies and was central for us to see all the sites we had on our list. It was also quiet where we stayedand the weather was nice and cool when we were there in March.

Graskop town and Pilgrims Rest town are rundown which is sad.
There are potholes everywhere which makes driving difficult
There needs to be street lines painted and cat eyes installed onto the roads as you come into Graskop from Hazyview. The fog and early evening driving makes it difficult to see and dangerous.
Gods Window, the Three Rondavels, Blyde River Canyon and Bourke's Luck Potholes are just spectacular and made the trip worth while.
The owner was SO friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of tips on the area, its highlights, as well as advice for the best route to Kruger. We really felt at home, as the bed was comfortable and we got a fresh coffee in the morning despite the loadshedding in the area. The location is great to explore the panorama route and the city Graskop also has a few nice restaurants, a gas station and a supermarket - so perfect for anyone travelling through the area!
Value for money. Located in Graskop close to the shops as well as many attractions. What you see on the photos is what you get. Enough towels & linen. Complementary sugar & coffee (which was greatly appreciated) Highly recommended.
