Shower panel was out in the room, no towels in our room. Water in the shower was not running away quickly in the other room we also booked. Dishes was dirty we had to re wash then. We als had to ask foe dishwasher. Coffee was bad and too little. Lighting was poor during load shedding.

I was only there for a few hours. so I didn't spend enough time to review the place accurately. It was clean and felt safe. The restaurant Bossa was well situated and had a lovely view. Good service and vibe. Lovely scenery from the beach.

Low cost and available and reasonable location to other restaurants and facilities at Strand and Gordon's bay. Have fantastic view and sunsets and long board and beach walks. Excellent clean beach cleaned regularly.

The close proximity to the beach is excellent!! However I found there are in fact different beaches, some with drawbacks and others which were better. I didn't see any lifeguards during my trips to the beach which I found rather strange... isn't it??
The area is quite safe and I have chosen it as a holiday destination more than once. Many places to choose from to eat out, even halaal ones which is great.

Strand can be wonderful especially on days when the south-easter is not blowing. The beach offers opportunities for safe swimming and long walks. Walking on the promenade is an alternative for those that don't want sandy shoes.
We had a great stay. The reception was friendly and helpful, and they even checked the electricity was topped up during our stay. The hosts were professional, and the apartment was clean and neat when we arrived. The location is great, with easy access to the beach, and to get out of Strand to go to the airport, etc., was easy. We had an undercover parking, and they even provided us with a dishwashing tablet for the dishwasher machine in the apartment. Our breakage deposit was returned the same day when we checked out - great service!
I love strand and I could walk to the beach. The lodge is a 7 minute walk to the beach. I enjoyed my stay and the service was outstanding. The owner is very much hands on, ensuring that you enjoy your stay and that queries are attended to. It's such a lovely environment. I learned alot from him. I will definitely go back again. And I loved the fact that OK Foods is right opposite the lodge and a shopping centre located 5 minutes drive away.
The hotel is suited for the price. The room had a good view of the beach and ocean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Basement parking is provided and I considered this a big plus. The room was medium size with coffee making facilities, a microwave and fridge. The room was very clean including the bathroom. There is a small pool and a nice pool bar style restaurant, serving a good coffee.
Theebos was beyond wonderful!! The hosts were amazing, accommodating and super friendly. We loved the unit we stayed in, it was spotless and everything you could possibly need was supplied! It also had the most beautiful garden. The area is very safe, convenient and close to the Strand beach and amenities
. I highly recommend Theebos to anyone who wants a really special place to stay.
