It is a quite place but please improve in installing lifts it's a 21st century it is difficult for your staff to carry our heavy luggage it is really not nice to see and old person carrying your heavy bags and also try to improve in providing every room to have it's own iron it's really not nice for the iron to be borrowed from reception desk and to be return there while you can just put it in the wardrobe. Overall I was happy for my stay I had a peaceful night as I had a long 14hrs flight to come to South Africa a day before

I don't have much to tell as it was a very short stay because we were actually driving to York ford to attend a funeral, we decided to book while we were already on the road on our way to York Ford. but we are planning another trip to Bloemfontein during the holidays. The city looked great, and the people are friendly.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Bloemfontein was marked by disappointment due to widespread impact of corruption and incompetence. The city's infrastructure is deteriorating, and essential services are lacking. The once vibrant and beautiful city now struggles with issues that significantly affect the quality of life for residents and visitors alike. It's disheartening to see Bloemfontein in such a state, and I hope for positive changes in the future.

Generally, Bloemfontein is a beautiful place. Booking.com misled me. You told me the accommodation accepts only cash, yet you still deducted the full amount from my credit card. Can you be so kind to pay-back the extra money I paid. Please put back the money in my credit card.
We have stayed here before and it was as good this time as previously. Very nice spacious room which was clean and comfortable. The hotel is modern and very nicely decorated. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very good. The location is very handy if you want somewhere to stay close to the N1 without going into Bloemfontein itself. and is in a nice secure and quiet location. The wifi worked well and there was plenty of parking. The food at dinner was not the best we've had but it was acceptable.
Great hoast - thank you Suretha you really walked the extra mile to assist with everything that we needed to make our clients feel at home and comfortable. we will deffinatly be back at your guest house when we come to Bloemfontein again.
Everything was great - the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated, but the facilities are great - including the really nice pool and garden. Definitely the best hotel to stay in if you’re in Bloemfontein.
The place is clean, the space is sufficient and has a lovely kitchenet to prepare and enjoy meals. the parking is also enough. the place is close to the N1 for easy in and out of Bloemfontein. We loved the furniture
The front desk gentleman and the waiters were 👌 such a joy. Clean room with a comfortable XL king bed, loved my stay. Will be my go to hotel while visiting Bloemfontein.
