We stayed here while settling our daughter into university. Convenient and safe location, with parking for our large vehicle. Christo responded quickly to any issues we had, and we loved the comfortable beds, and the aircon. The gas hotplate was most useful during load-shedding, thank you.

The welcoming staff and the wonderful ladies at the SPA, just went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The breakfast was fresh and very good. The Manager gives personal attention and nothing is too much effort for any of the staff. I highly recommend The Hazendal and is our favourite stay in Cape Town

The stay at Azura sleep was nice and comfy and would recommend it but after service with refunding of breakage deposit, which was needed to be payed cash on arrival, is difficult to get back. 18 Days later and I'm still struggling to get it back.
When you stop at the gates you think, o what have I done to book here, but when we were taken to our room on the inside then you realize it was not a mistake when you enter this 5 Star facility in the middle of Brackenfell. We most definitely enjoy the room and the friendly staff. Will book again in future.
It was really good value for money close to where I needed to work. Close to the brackenfell industrial area. Ideal for someone visiting the area for work.
