We had to change rooms after settling into our room as the shower door would not open. The shower gel and lotion dispensers in the old room were empty, the person sent to fill them said he could not do so since he had to open the casing (but that's how they are filled!). He dared ask if we could use them out of the refill packs and we just said OK as we were tired and needed to rest. The new room was smaller than the former and the shower gel and lotion dispensers were also empty. We struggled to open the shower water tap, which needed some kind of really hard press that my really strong husband also struggled to open. Housekeeping came to assist and after they left it didn't seem as easy as still needed some effort to open. Water finally came out but it was and remained cold the entire time, we just showered like that. Next was breakfast: the continental part of it was just cereal, no fruit and yogurt. The hot option was just bacon, eggs, chicken viennas and 2 cucumber rounds. No proper sausage or baked beans or tomato or Nandos hot sauces as shown on the pictures. I asked about baked beans and tomato and was told by the kitchen lady that they normally have it but didn't have it today. Just our luck right? My husband asked for hot sauce and was told they only had tomato sauce which is what we then settled for. Our stay was really not worth the R765 we paid!
