We got a awesome room that served us (a group of 5) perfectly. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and treated us extremely well. It was my wifes birthday and they made it so special for her. We found the Dock House to be the perfect starting point after landing in Cape Town! It's a bit hard to find at first, but once you know where to go it's very conveniently and centrally located on the V&A Waterfront. The rooms are lovely, well-appointed, and the beds are quite comfortable - there was even a veranda for us to have our morning coffee! The included breakfast is wonderful - everything was delicious and Ashley takes extreme care in both the decor and latte art. Would definitely stay here again!
