The room was nice and big with very comfortable king size bed, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is really safe and quiet which helps you relax. We had the eggs benedict for breakfast, nice and tasty and eggs cooked to our order. The staff went out of there way for our breakfast on the second morning by making us breakfast packs as flight left early that morning.

I loved the location of the lodge, it was easily accessible and at a convenient location for running errands in town. Mimosa mall is just 5 minutes walk away. The security is also intact.
Self check arrangement after 7pm. The tenants demonstrated good customer service as we got lost but theg were patient giving telephonic directions.
Instructions well given for gate access and all necessities in the room. It was a walking distance from the Doctor's facility that I had gone to consult.
Few minutes to Mimosa Mall (supermarkets and restaurants) as the Guest House is a self catering service.
We arrived later than check-in time and managed to use the self check-in option. That was very impressive, shout out to Martin and his good communication.
Well organized staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Distance to the University and Mimosa mall is reasonably good.
The room was beautiful and very clean, the pictures don't do justice to it honestly, uncapped Wi-Fi, walking distance to mimosa mall and University of the Free State, the host is very friendly, patient and welcoming, there are cleaning services even during your stay, staff is friendly. Will certainly book again next time I go to Bloemfontein.
