Absolutely beautiful and tranquil. We loved it. Very Cosy and comfortable. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We even got cupcakes on arrival which my son loved. Really a hidden gem in the midlands.

We loved the views from the patio and also the short walk along the river.
Our hosts made such an effort to keep us warm - gas fires on and electric blankets heating the beds when we got back from a wedding at midnight!
And delicious breakfast served at 8am in our rooms. Such a treat to have the whole family together in one place.

Travelling in rainy weather was a nightmare as the road...
Travelling in rainy weather was a nightmare as the road leading to the guesthouse is a gravel road and one of our friend's car swerved due to the mud and took hours to assist them to move out of the mud. It would help to gave the roads attended to because even the entrance to the log cabin maybe have some stones to make it better.
