Originally, i booked for 14/15, and made payment online. Then i realised that it was to be 15/16. We discussed this with the hotel staff directly, and they were kind enough to change it. When my bride to be arrived at the hotel on the 15 th, they made her pay for the room again, and she did not know that i had paid it already. So when we arrived there for sleepover, i queried the front manager, and he said that he picked up both payments, and someone made a mistake when she arrived there for her dress up. The next morning they gave us a claims form, and once completed, we were told that it would take 7 days or longer for a refund.
