Queries made before we arrived were answered promptly. During our stay the front desk persons were very accommodating and courteous. The room was quite spacious compared to similar priced hotels just within the old quarter. The large market was walking distance, many small groceries and eateries nearby.

We loved our stay at the apartment. It has a lovely design, clean and equipped with everything we need. The location is just some walks away from the West Lake, and very ideal for those who like quiet places but still in Hanoi central with many chill cafeteria around. The host was very friendly and communicative, always ready to support us whenever we needed. Thank you so much and I will definitely come back next time I'm in Hanoi.

Nice stay in the center location, nearby many tourist locations such as Hanoi Citedal, night market, West lake and Old Quarter. Many street food around. hotel gave free mini bar at room for guests
Great big and clean room with AC. I shared the bathroom with the other room on the floor, and the bathroom is cleaned everyday. There's a vegetables/fruits market in the same road and many vegetarian friendly cafés and restaurants around. The hotel is 7min walk to the west lake. The manager is really nice and helpful. I had a really great stay and i will for sure come again if i go back to Hanoï.
Location in the old quater is great. We walked easily to the Dong Xuan Market and there were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and mini marts nearby. Also a short distance to the West Lake and night markets. Beds were comfortable and having a cafe and restaurant in the building is great.
