Staff was very helpful and polite.The room was clean, breakfast ( not so many options) was good and fresh, the pool and gym were nice. Near the hotel at 50-100m is a market, farmacy and some local clothing stores. Also near the lake are some coffe shops (5-7 min walking distance)

We had such a lovely stay ay Accoustic Hotel and Spa. The staff are super friendly and so helpful. They assisted with a.street food tour and airport transfers and were just a genuine delight to talk to. The rooms are spacious, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast is a full spread and very tasty range from Vietnamese to Western foods. The rooftop bar provides stunning views over the city and sunsets.
Would only recommend they add more snacky food to the bar menu.
The hotel is very close to Train Street, Banhmi 25, the lakes and good food and coffee shops.
On our return from Sapa, we booked a deluxe room again but was upgraded to the Royal suite. What a treat that was as a Royal Suite has everything. The room was beautiful with 2 showers, 2 toilets, a stunning bath, and a lounge. We could not have ended our stay in Hanoi on a better note. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.
We generally get a massage as soon as we arrive in a new location to get rid of travel exhaustion, and the spa was amazing. My husband had an authentic Vietnamese/ Thai massage and I swear you was like rag doll afterwards......totally relaxed 😁

We loved Aira Boutique Hotel & Spa and felt very well looked after. Our king room was amazing and very spacious. The hotel is well located (near train street) and has the best double glazing to stop the noise from the street.
