The breakfast spread was great all the days and we had a great time having all the local delicacies as well as continental breakfast menu. Our main host was really nice and approachable, the staff was always attentive to our needs as well as welcoming. Lovely location, the aesthetics were beautiful, and it was easy to navigate to the nearest locations in Old Quarter. Would definitely consider this for my next vacation as well in Hanoi.

Our stay at the Acoustic Hotel was fabulous. We stayed in a spacious suite in the adjacent building, featuring a beautiful bathroom and a private terrace. The room was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar, which served great cocktails. The Jacuzzi, with its stunning views and great music, was a highlight. The hotel is just a 15-minute walk from the center of Old Qatar, or a $2 Grab ride away.

The Meritel Hanoi impressed me from the moment I arrived. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. My room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, offering a tranquil retreat from the bustling city. I absolutely loved the view from my balcony overlooking the main street.
Here's what truly stood out about my stay:
Exceptional Staff: The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff were unmatched. They were always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and assist with anything I needed. A special shoutout to Thu and Diep, who went above and beyond to make my stay even more enjoyable. Also special thanks to the restaurant manager.
Perfect Location: Situated right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, the Meritel Hanoi is within walking distance of major attractions, shops, and restaurants. This prime location allowed me to easily explore the city without relying on taxis or public transportation.
Luxurious Amenities: The rooftop pool and bar were fantastic places to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The pool offered stunning views of the city, and the bar served delicious cocktails. The breakfast buffet was extensive and offered a wide variety of cuisines to please every palate. And the dinner at their restaurant was a delight, I tried both their vegetarian and Vietnamese set up menus and they were exquisite!
The spa: OMG! The spa services were something out of this world! I tried many spa services around the world but the massage I got at Ve’hanoi Wellness & Spa at Meritel Hanoi was the best one I ever had. I chose a 60 minutes Vietnamese massage and a classical facial lift and was a pure delight!
Overall, the Meritel Hanoi provided an exceptional experience.
