Amazing location! In the center of the old quarter and very close to the french quarter. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Service is impeccable! From the minute you check-in to even after you check out, the staff makes you feel like home. Jack the manager and his staff went way beyond to ensure we have a great stay and everything is very smooth. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hanoi.

I was in room 501 with a very wonderful view from the window. Renowned points in the city could be seen from the window and I enjoyed the room service from the staff. The staff were friendly and would almost at every time ask you if you needed anything, especially offering to make you tea even when you have not asked. In particular, Martin the manager had envisaged I will like a room with a window and had changed my initially booked room which was without window before I arrived.He was just amazing as a manager. Will always choose this place when I visit Hanoi.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel for several reasons. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions and transportation. The room was clean, spacious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests or questions. Additionally, the amenities, including the pool and gym, were well-maintained. Hotel has beautiful rooftop bar with a lovely view. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
