This is such a fantastic hotel. The rooms are clean and the location is great with a ton of restaurants all around. The service is especially outstanding. In particular, Ruby went above and beyond to help us with everything. From arranging laundry, to calling local shops, to ordering taxis - she was essential to making our stay a great one. She was always polite, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend to anyone coming to Hue!

The room was actually very spacious and comfortable, for being a budget hotel, it exceeded my expectations. Just some small touches like multiple lighting options, a desk, wardrobe space, and a mirror in the room. The room was really clean, bathroom was compact but had everything you need. The staff were really friendly, and helpful, got my laundry done at a good price, and was quick. I was here for 3 nights and it was great to come back here to rest after a long day out, or just chill during the day when it was too hot out. The AC was really strong and the bed was comfortable, got good sleep here. The location was about a 10-minute walk to the historic Hue citadel, and just a few minutes past on Le Trung Dinh Street, you have a lot of cafes and restaurants.
