The Acoustic is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It was flawlessly clean, had fantastic staff who were incredibly helpful, accommodating and polite, and who all spoke very good English. The room was large and immaculately presented, with an extremely comfortable bed and superb en-suite. The restaurant was excellent, fantastic food quality at a good price, well presented and with awesome views over the city - something the roof top bar can also boast! The breakfast was great, with lots of choice. My only disappointment is that we could only stay for one night.

Located in the city center where both lake Hoan Kiem & old quarter are within walking distance of only a few minutes. The staff there were so helpful they even gave me breakfast sandwich for my early flight! My room was junior suite with balcony on the 7th floor. The view from the balcony was also great. The sky bar on the 8th floor was reasonable and the guy there was so nice. The shower room was spacious, had everything you will need like toothbrush shampoo shower gel etc.. the aircon worked well, bed comfy, nothing more to ask! Will definitely come back!!!
