The property is stylish yet affordable. My room was upgraded at check in to a room with a nice street view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great massage at the spa. Excellent restaurant recommendations. When I return to Hanoi, I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is historical, with an archive exhibit. It's like entering a museum already. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect going to the Imperial Citadel, a bug grocery and the river.
Well located, within a 10 minute walk of the river walk and a 30-35 minute walk of the imperial citadel. Close to good restaurants, including Nook Eatery. Free breakfast was convenient and you could order as much as you want. Two free small waters provided. Staff was nice. Room had a fridge and hot water kettle and was clean.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, they welcomed us with tea and gave lots of information for what to do in Hue during our 1 day stay, as well as food recommendations which was really great. Communication was excellent. The location was really convenient, walking distance to the Imperial Citadel, and close enough to walk around the city center. Nice breakfast as well.
Hotel was perfectly located right next to the Imperial Citadel. Easy walking to lots of restaurants, shopping, and the old town of Hue. The rooms themselves were beautiful and spacious, with high ceilings, comfortable beds, nice amenities. We loved the orange color of the hotel and the layout. The pool looked nice too, wish we had had time to use it. Breakfast was a good inclusion, great traditonal Vietnamese coffee!

The hotel is beautiful, the service is good, the pool is nice and the location is good too. Quiet and close to the impérial citadel, the breakfast is also varied, fresh and delicious.
Perfect accommodation for a stay in Hue, very well located not far from the imperial citadel, and great food options, and an attentive and responsive staff. Quyen kindly helped me with many things, from great local food recommendations, and fairly priced car bookings for visiting historical sites and going to Danang. Very clean, simple and comfortable rooms. Tasty craft beers and local spirits are a plus. Greatest value for money I had in a while. Thank you so much!
I chose this hotel because it's ancient, 120 year old until now,
It locates very central, faced 4 main roads, opposite Perfume River and Truong Tien bridge, very close to main attractions like Imperial Citadel, Dong Ba market, ... so that I can reach them easily by walk or cycle that very popular of tourist here (I love the feelling sitting on a cycle and very slowly enjoy the city).
