The location is perfect! It is situated inside the Saigon Center Mall so access to a wide variety of restaurants and fast food joints is easily achieved. Transportation is also not an issue as you can hail a cab or take Grab from the Pasteur entrance side. The room is spacious and very clean and the complimentary mini bar gets stocked regularly. The beds are very comfortable too. Each floor has a pantry were it is stocked with fruits or pastries and unlimited supply of coffee and tea. The staff are all friendly and courteous too. Always asking if we need help with anything or just simply greeting us whenever we pass the lobby.

The staff were really welcoming and obliging, offered a great service. The location is great, right in the centre beside shops, restaurants and near to the markets. The pool is great, and the breakfast facility is a lovely setup with a great range of choice.
