The staff were amazing. We were upgraded to a bigger room as a booking was cancelled, and they wanted to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was good, and room condition was also not bad. Staff was friendly. I recommend other guests to join any tour program that this hotel offers. It was excellent, and guides did not try to rip off tourists. I hope to stay here again when I come back to Hanoi.
Some people wrote negative reviews that they are not satisfied with breakfast buffet and the reception's continuous proposal to join tourist programs. Well, let's be honest. This is not the most expensive luxurious hotel in this country! It is like you expect the same performance of Rolls-Royce driving Hyundai Elantra.))
