We had booked another night at Jacosmo, after my earlier stay a few days back was an excellent experience. The staff, esp. Mr.Richard at the reception, is quite helpful. This time around, we were given a different "family room" that was quite smaller than the earlier one, and besides the Aircon was not very effective. Mr.Richard promptly shifted us to another accommodation involving 2-interconnected rooms. Since we had an early departure the next morning, the staff also made sure we got some packed breakfast boxes ready by 6.30am.
All in all, but for the minor issue with the original room, the staff made sure our stay was reasonably comfortable.

Excellent hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and considerate. As a solo traveller, they helped me with bags on both arrival and departure and were very helpful in giving me travel recommendations. The breakfast spread was great, the bedroom and bathroom were big and clean, and the welcome drink on arrival was much appreciated. Would highly recommend!
