The staff were excellent, always there to help us. The location of the hotel is great: close walk to lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and sights. The rooftop pool and bar with lake views were a highlight. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and special diets like vegetarian and gluten-free were well catered for.

Excellent location: right in the best part of town for a tourist but easy access to motorway for airport. Much of the Old Quarter doesn’t have pavements wide enough to allow walking as well as all the other activities they are used for, but here I could mainly pavement walk and felt much safer and calmer. The staff were the friendliest and most accomodating I have ever come across in all my travels around the world. The food was excellent and had a great choice whether it was the buffet or from the A la carte menu. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic.
