The breakfast was good. Although not many choices but hotel did try to change some of the hot food everyday. You could also order beef/chicken/ vegetable noodles (pho) and eggs in the way you would like them to cook. The location of hotel is really convenient. The staff were good as well, in particular Lily, she helped us to organise the trip to Halong Bay and it was a good trip. If you have any issue just tell her and she will try to help. The rest of the staff are also very good and helpful. They helped to take our luggage up on our arrival and took down when we left.

Great hotel in good location. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble.Rooms quite spacious. Pool was good although a bit small but suited us just to cool off after a day out. Breakfast was good.

Everyone at the hotel was extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The lady on reception (Suzy) was particularly helpful with a very pleasant manner. Having the spa treatments at a reduced cost to hotel guests was also a treat. The rooms was spacious and well stocked with toiletries and items we needed for our short stay. The whole complex was clean and a calm amongst the busy streets outside. We highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there in the future.
