Hotels near Cua Dai Beach, Hoi An

So where to start? Maybe with the people who work there first. From Housekeeping, "door" opener guys, shuttle driver guys, Restaurant & Bar staff or receptionist. You are all wonderful & so friendly. I want to mention Kathy, who helped us with the CheckIn. Lyly & Jessi with the Check Out. Suly (the Manager) who helped us with a bad experience at the Spa and tried everything to make us feel good again and special Thanks to Nancy, what a nice & kind hearted person. They always had a smile on their face, even when it was stressful. There was also 2 guys in the restaurant, who were super friendly "Toan" and iam so sorry, i forgot the other one name, but i hope he will know, when he read this. Also thanks so the chef cook, he came out and greeted us and ask if we enjoyed the food. Back to the Hotel: Hotel is only 1 years old, which mean its still very new. We had Premier Deluxe Balcony on the second Floor. Big and beautiful, i was really suprised when we got in our room. For this price its amazing. There is also 2 pools, 1x groundfloor & 1x on the rooftop (rooftop pool is bigger and there is also a bar). The Sunflower restaurant is also very very good, (Vietnamese and Western food) . We enjoyed the breakfast also, many things to choose from. Was crowdy every day, but the staff worked fast and it wasnt noisy somehow. They also have a spa but as mentioned before we had a bad experience, but Suly told us, that they will improve in the future and i believe they will. There is a shuttle to Old Town and to a beach (Khai Restaurant) i can also recommend this one. Overall it was a really really nice experience for the first time in Hoi An. Thank you! Dankeschön! Hotel was exactly what we were after! The hotel was nice and clean, was lovely to have a cocktail by the pool. The location was good, not too far from old town whether you take the hotels free bikes, walk or order a grab! Staff were very helpful and checked in on us throughout our stay. Overall very happy we stayed here! Special thanks to Ms Znung!

Very friendly staff. They help you everytime you need it. Bike rental is for free and good enough for driving through Hoi An. We booked spontaneously one additional night, it was no problem. The bed was cozy and the room got tided up every day, thank you!

The location was excellent, close to the old town and many bars and restaurants
