The staff was super helpful! They reached out to us before our trip to confirm. My friends and I booked separate rooms and all stayed at this location. The rooms were very cozy and clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved the proximity to downtown Santa Cruz and the beach is close as well. Parking was easy and convenient.
