The hotel is beautiful. The staff were very responsive and helpful going out of their way. Having access to the huge jacuzzi bath after long days walking was wonderful. The location is a 5 to 10 min walk to the main street through a pretty neighbourhood, I'm disabled and could manage it everyday multiple times. You have access to a common area which was empty most of the time. WiFi was fast. Check in was easy and when we had to contact to innkeeper, she responded within seconds. She let me use facilities that were not public and sent me restaurants that could cater to my allergies. She let us know about a local tour we might be interested in and was all round a legend of an innkeeper.

I had a great experience at the Windsor. I arrived a little late, due to traffic. The young man at the desk was immediately accommodating and helpful. In very short order, he had me checked in, told me the best way to access my room, explained various services, and helped me figure out the best way to balance my fatigue with a need to eat! Plus the hotel was lovely, my view in the morning spectacular, and my breakfast was perfect. I hope to come back.
I was on a long distance road trip with my dog. The Windsor had every amenity I needed to make the stopover easier. The staff was friendly and most helpful. The breakfast was very good and ample. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pet area was very well maintained. I was very impressed.
