I loved the facade of resort but just be advised there will be fees prior to check in that our third party booking didn’t specify. The beach is an amazing perk the trade off will be that the Resort doesn’t include breakfast, the water faucets and shower heads were not working. Lack of towels and amenities for our stay. We know we could ask but it’s just better to have what we need before asking. Lack of hospitality.

I came for work but I always enjoy the places I visit. I love the path between the hotel and the beach to go jogging or walking. Every free hour I spent it at the beach. The swimming pool was closed so I couldn't use it.
There are lots of shops and restaurants near so you can go walking.

We would return to Miami Beach in the winter, we visited in May and it was too hot for us. We liked not having a car and using the free trolley and buses for Miami Beach.
We ate in several restaurants near by the Monte Carlo within a few blocks and were impressed by all the cuisine and the quality in the area. We went to South Beach a few times and enjoyed restaurants there as well.
We like the markets near by and enjoyed walking in the evenings on the board walk once it was cooler.
The beach was a pleasure with perfect water temperature and the sand so clean, soft, and white.
The room was better than pictured,staff went above and beyond. Love the hotel cat Gigi she is so sweet. The cleaner was there every day the location is great 7eleven right on corner along with a 24hr store and the bus stop. Beach is a block away, leaving Ocean Drive at your fingertips. Couldn't see there being a better hotel,staff, or location for the price! Will definitely be booking a room with balcony on the next stay if not old room will do. See no reason to look for another hotel when this one checked all my boxes
We were happy with the location on the ocean front and the access to the boardwalk along the Miami beaches. We also enjoyed the neighbourhood as it had a wonderful variety of restaurants. Although some distance from South Beach and other Miami locations, the free tram service was an amazing way to travel. The hotel staff were very helpful and available 24 hours. The pool was a great asset. Our suite was comfortable and spacious for the three of us.
Excellent check-in service provided by Joshua. Nothing was too much trouble for him, just ask! He is that awesome, and he Was able to get us checked-in early, which was so much appreciated. Hotel is Centrally located in South Beach. 2 blocks up from beachfront. The best location for visiting both Miami Beach and Miami. It's 5 mns walking to Ocean drive on one side and 5 mns walking to the bus and visit Miami on the other side. The hotel is very easy to reach by bus from the airport. For drivers there is a public car park just in front. It's very quiet with a nice decoration and the breakfast is very good. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel.
One of the best places to visit in South Miami Beach. The street outside the hotel is usually very crowded, but our room was quiet (ours was the closest to the lobby and the street on the first floor). Book the accommodation with breakfast, it looks very simple when you read the menu but it's very good for kids and adults too
Most beautiful view on Miami Beach, very relaxing, space and perfect to have all the hotel facilities. Woke up to the sunrise every morning had coffee on the most fabulous terrace. We love to ride Citi bikes to dinner south of fifth and they are located right outside the hotel. Nothing compares.
The hotel was in a quiet area and just a street cross to get the trolley to South Beach or North Beach as well as the airport if you were using public transportation. The hotel was under new management and they are doing best to get things on track. Very accommodating and service friendly.
The location of the hotel is excellent. Just on the south beach. The room was of good size and clean. The breakfast was in a nearby restaurant .Although it is not a buffet but an American breakfast but it was excellent. Staff is very polite and helpful.
