Very functional hotel, has more than you need than a big brand hotel we got microwave. Fridge, large tv, well-placed sockets, some toileteries, and a full towel set, bed was also pretty decent. The little amenities in room added to the value versus price point. Also very friendly guy at the front, made us feel welcome and gave recommendations on what to eat.

The location is great! Gatlinburg can be a very touristy and loud place but the Hotel was located a bit away from the main street (10 minute walk), right by a beautiful river which makes it a great place to calm down and have a good night's sleep. The bedroom with a balcony overlooking the river was super clean and the beds quite comfy. You can make bonfires right outside at the river, and the hotel has plenty of BBQ stations as well. And don't forget the pool!

The outside of the hotel looks a bit grayish; the rooms however are very good (recently renovated). Parking on site is no problem. Breakfast is okay; limited space in the breakfast room, so avoid rush-hour. Staff is solution oriented
