By the far the best hotel experience my family and I have ever had. From pre arrival with Colleen being so helpful in helping us book our scenic float trip, on arrival being greeted by the super friendly doormen who helped us with our luggage and were always there to help us if there was anything we needed. Every single member of staff was faultless I cannot speak more highly of them. The rooms and hotel were decorated so thoughtfully, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the location was superb. All in all could not recommend your hotel and staff more highly thank you

Decent size rooms, with A/C and a fireplace. Very large bathroom and shower. The bed was very large and comfortable. You got water and chocolates arriving which we appreciated. Location was amazing, probably on of the best in Jackson Hole and you can get free ebikes from the hotel to move around and see the whole town, which was a great addition. On the day we arrived, we had dinner at their lebanese restaurant there, which is a must try.
Lastly, we were on our honeymoon and the staff provided us with a champagne to celebrate, which was so kind of them.
P.S. at 5 pm you need to be there and try the cookies they put in the library for guests to try, real good.
