First room the sink was stopped up and full of water when we arrived. Moved to room 306 with a roach on the lamp shade and bed bugs. Lastly we were moved to a room that we could actually use at almost midnight. Will never ever ever stay again.

The staff was understanding about my disappointment

I was not expecting much from a comfort inn, but the bed was very comfortable, the AC was strong, and the front desk staff were very friendly.

Checking in the wee hours of the morning, the welcome desk was ready for us, and it didn't take long to get our keys. The police officer noticed that I had parked in the back of the hotel and watched the area as my family and I came in. We were much appreciated 👏 of him. We awoke late and went down to breakfast. The area was constantly cleaned, and though we came in about 9 am, they still had plenty of breakfast.
The room did not smell musty or stinky. While we we were gone for breakfast, the cleaning maid came into our room and gave us fresh towels, took out the trash, and made our beds even though we did not ask. Nice of her.
