Friendly & helpful staff, comfortable beds & nice little pool, spa area. We were also told about the complimentary transport to the vineyard we were visiting, which we weren’t aware of. The hotel called the vineyard for us & the minibus arrived straight away! Brilliant service.

Our whole stay was amazing!
The staff is great, super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had everything you need and was constantly refilled, so everything was fresh. The room was super clean, very spacious and comfortable. The location was great, especially when you’re planning to visit vineyards in the northern part of Napa Valley.

The location is spot on in the centre of Calistoga. It doesn’t have any parking, but parking was available on side streets.
The hotel interiors are very tired and dated.
Our room was at the back of the hotel, with no view from the windows, other massively overgrown trees which made the room very dark. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was in need of refurbishment.
A breakfast of sorts was brought to the bedroom, but it wasn’t pleasant, consisting of a few slices of cake and coffee. We would have much preferred a kettle in the room.
We only saw staff at reception and they were pleasant enough.
We thought the room rate was way over.
