We liked that we were at the quiet end of Panama City Beach away from the shopping and restaurants. We loved the ocean view and the sugar sand beaches. However, we had rip currents and stayed out of the water.
The resort needs a lot of restoration work. It is deteriorating and the structure has crumbled away in various sections. It is a concern for the safety of the guests in the buildings. We don't want another Surfside Type occurrence.

I liked the location. Beach wasn't crowded. Short walk to the beach from my room. Has a great tanning deck with Chess & checkers. chairs were great to have a beautiful view of the beach. The staff was so kind to get me checked in early, since I had a sick husband. Ms. Denise was awesome and a great asset to your company.

Loved the beach 🏖️ it was so beautiful. The condo was situated in an area with quite a few businesses that you can walk to if you are so inclined. Overall seems like a clean place to visit and spend some quality time with family. Lots of things to do around the area and events. Everyone was friendly locals included.

Panama City Beach is hit or miss depending on what your looking for. The west side is more family friendly. Its been a few years since Ive went and not smelled weed not saw thongs everywhere, but I guess these are the times. It still makes for a little awkwardness with the kids! The water always varies. You will not find more beautiful sand and beaches in the world. No water shoes needed! Please pay attention to flag warnings. The gulf is inviting but dangerous. Even if the water is like glass there is undertow that will pull out the strongest of swimmers. Most areas do NOT have life guards. This is Florida, but NORTH Florida so remember its still often chilly for spring break. The water usually doesn't warm until June but is pleasant until mid October. Traffic is usually bad during peak season so grocery orders, reservations and door dash are helpful!

The location on the beach. NOTHING about the hotel. The place was poorly staffed and ill informed. Only one towel in bathroom and had to ask twice for more towels. Reservation was for 3 adults. Asked for another pillow as the bed had only 2. No pillows available. Bed was made with bedspread under the top sheet so I had to remake the bed. Room was dirty. Asked for another blanket because third person had to sleep on couch. Got a lumpy, gross old comforter. Never will stay here again.
This is the second time we have stayed at Beachside Resort. It is an older hotel so we didn’t expect anything fancy. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with daily housekeeping. The property is on the beach, with private balconies on each room and easy access to the sand. Nice pool area. Right across the street from Sunnyside Grill which has awesome breakfast. Also close to 2 grocery stores which is convenient.
I will say the location of the property is great. Really any hotel on the strip is great cause they all have beach access. This hotels is literally seconds away from the pier and Pier Park which has lots of stores, resultants, and entertainment. The staff was amazing and the drinks/food at the tiki bar were pretty good. The lobby and exterior seems to be remodel and eye appealing.
Room was centrally located. I knew that it was a cheap room and that was okay. My trip was during the 4th and the price point was better than the others. It was clean and for 1 night not too bad. The owners were nice. AC worked great, and overall I was happy with the stay. The building is old but I didn't see any bugs.
Rooms are very spacious, beds comfortable, modern decor and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel. The views from the hotel balcony are fabulous of the beach! We had 2 rooms (king room and a queen room). The king room had a huge jacuzzi bath tub next to the bed.
It was one of the cheapest, but not that cheap, room we could get in Panama city beach. The staff let us check in at 2 PM instead of waiting until 4 PM. The sheets and towels are clean and soap and shampoos were provided.
The room is very clean and the aminity was great you can have a hot cup of coffee anytime of the day are night. I really love executive inn Panama City Beach Florida. Trust me it was marvelous
