We come every year. It's clean and beach front. It's bare bones which makes it cost effective. No resort fees and easy parking. I love that it's about 200 yards away from the next hotel which means the beach isn't overly crowded.

Love the area, but hate the traffic. Be prepared to take 30 -40 minutes to go 12-15 miles. Plenty of places to buy food whether you prepare it or buy it from a restaurant. Plenty of attractions to go do things. Beautiful naturals springs that you can swim or canoe/ kayak in an hour away. You can go fishing on the pier out at St. Andrews park. We watched a couple crab fishing, that was a lot of fun to see. Lighthouses ate just an hour and half away at St. Joe and St. George Islands.

The beach was clean and people were friendly. My destination every year! We have been to other beaches along east coast and even though Panama City is farther for us, it is well worth the extra couple hours

The island time catamaran cruise and snorkeling was a 10/10. The skywheel was also awesome. The beaches were beautiful. Make sure to visit the tiki bar by the beachcomber hotel the food, drinks, and staff were amazing there!

All kinds of activities five days down there and still plenty of things we are looking forward to doing upon our return! Great local seafood, highly recommend any of the local fish grouper and snapper were really good meals. Captain Anderson was great for a large group charter had a good time on the 8 hour trip. Great experience for myself and family.

Breath taking views of white sand and emerald waters. Very clean. Flags posted to inform visitors of waters. 20 a day for two chairs and one umbrella. Public parking cost 2 hr or 20 day but free parking at russell fields area with restaraunts and shopping across street. I recommend this area. We stayed on richard jackson Blvd and drove to russell fields because it's free and convenient. It reminds me of the island at pigeon forge tn. It only takes 8 min to drive there. When I say everything is convenient is an understatement. We ate at the back porch was phenomenal. Drinks at mararitaville were the best. Shopping galore.
