The Four Seasons was fully booked so I stayed here. My first time. Love the room decor/layout. Separate shower and bath tub a plus. Having a pool + sauna + steam room … heaven.
The doormen, valet and security are delightful. Also the housekeeping staff.

Loved the location, it was out of the town and near to the historic sights. The street the hotel is located on has lots of lovely independent shops and nice coffee places. Really couldn't have asked for a better location.

Great central location in Philly Center City. About a 10 minute walk to City Hall and walking distance to South Street, Love Park, Reading Terminal Market and lots of bars and restaurants close by. It is located in an LGBT area of Philly and there is a Walgreens and Wholefoods close by for groceries. Nice clean hotel and room, comfortable bed.
The location is great! The property is located in center city and the old city is in a nice walking distance. The city hall and Reading Terminal Market are very close. Additionally, there are several lively bars and excellent jazz clubs close to the property. It is worth mentioning that there is a stop of Phlash tourist bus that serves all major sites and monuments in Philly at 12th and Market streets.
The breakfast and the staff were very helpful and so nice!
My mum is on a wheelchair and when our room was not really comfortable for her, they helped us promptly. They are very welcoming and it is walking distance from Reading Terminal market from where you can take the local bus service which takes you to all the major sightseeing locations.
Great location, beautiful apartment in an industrial chic building with lots of charm. There's no real lobby space (a couple of couches inside the door), but we found out that the roof deck has a nice lobby for meeting up after you check out. Plus fabulous views of the city and city hall. Very close to Reading Terminal Market, Chinatown and Center City.
The hotel is well sited at the heart of Philadelphia close to Reading Terminal Market and easy reach of the main sites of the city. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel locate at the center of Philadelphia, easy to travel around with train and bus. Just 5 minutes walk to the Septa train station and the bus station just 2 minutes walk. Dun worry of foods, u can go to reading terminal market to get your food, it is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. I had 5 nights stay in the hotel, room is clean, comfortable bed and pillows. They clean the room every others day. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel location is amazing. It is central to the everything my brother and I wanted to do while we were in Philadelphia! We went to the P!nk concert, visited the Mutter Museum, and got lunch at the Reading Terminal Market.
Good standard hotel. Romm was big, clean and very comfortable. Nice view. Good location near metro stop and the Reading Terminal Market which is a jewel.
Fantastic location, with the Reading Terminal Market opposite and an easy walk to historic Philadelphia and Penn's Landing. We used the train from the airport to Jefferson Station and just had a five minute walk to the hotel, and we used local trains very easily from Jefferson during our stay. I really liked the kitchen facility provided too.
