Very disappointed in that there were far fewer interpreters than years past. There are some interpreters but there are also non-costumed guides. A local library pass is best since it offers a substantial discount to Plimoth Plantation and 2 other sites.

Plymouth Plantation was great, as authentic as I think you get get to the period of time as if you were actually living back when the Pilgrims came, A great history lesson and lots of fun, reminds us of how many comforts we have today compared to the everyday life they lived and how hard it must have been.Be sure to try some of food from that period in time that they prepared and ate, everything was great.

Excellent museum, and made even more interesting by many exhibits and buildings having role players present to answer questions about the past. The only thing wrong was the palisade surrounding the village which apparently is being left until further historical studies give a better idea of what it should look like, when it is intended to construct a closer likeness for historical accuracy. It unfortunately gives the place an air of neglect. Allow 4 hours for a full visit.
