I really liked the location and the security guard. It was located near tons of shops and super easy access to transportation. I'd heard so many stories about how unsafe San Francisco was, so it was really important to have a safe space to retreat to with my teen (We never felt unsafe though, even after dark). The vibe of the hotel was fun & modern. My teen loved the tablet controls and the fun funky lighting.

Staff was nice, and check in and out was a breeze.very quiet and a close walk to public transport to go down to Pier 39. Free parking at the motel was a huge plus, too
Location was excellent, close to many bus stops, 10-15min to Pier 39; the staff were very friendly; breakfast(the bread rolls snack tasted really good), microwave, fridge, coffee machine+ coffee, AC, TV, hair dryer provided in the room; bed was very big and comfortable; lot of space in the room.
WALKABLE to Fisherman’s Wharf, Chinatown, Pier 39, Little Italy, Lombard St. Safe, restaurants and convenience stores across the street, beautiful views. Very clean, comfortable!
I loved the location and that it had a pizza parlor, sushi and ramen restaurant, bar and steak house all next door. Walking distance to fisherman's wharf/pier 39
The room was perfect for 3 people and kept very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The location is great since it is walkable from Pier 39 and lets you access most touristy things like the hop-on-hop-off bus tours and cable car rides. We also got a couple of super cute water bottles from Marriott which helped us a lot through out our trip. Overall, highly recommend!
Very safe and alive location, just in front of Pier 39 and next to the Big Bus stop.
The room was big enough and the bed very comfy. We had a microwave, freeze and a coffee machine what was appreciated since the hotel does not provide breakfast.
Everyone was extremely friendly, the hotel was clean, and it was a short walk to Pier 39. They had a patio of fire pits and offered blankets and s'mores kits for free in the evenings. The hotel is attached to a nice Italian restaurant. We got a Margherita pizza to bring to our room and it was delicious. It was an $11 Uber ride from Zoe to the Davies theater downtown. It was perfect for our mini weekend getaway.
The location was perfect for visiting Fisherman’s Wharf, cable cars and Pier 39! The staff was great! The hotel was remodeled, but nicely done.

What Guests Said About Pier 39:
There are so many different parts to the city, with quirky places best found on foot - from walking along Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39, to huffing and puffing up Hyde St to Lombard St for the view, then down the Crooked St, then round the streets of Chinatown with its unusual foods and cheap gift shops, down to Union Square expensive stores and restaurants - and of the course the famous cable cars, which you can get from Market Street

And why not try breakfast at Lefty O'Doul's in Geary Street, with lots of memorabilia around the walls about this famous baseball player, manager and coach - even if you've not heard of him (we hadn't!).

We caught a cable car to Fisherman's Wharf and had it to ourselves
Get up early (0700). We caught a cable car to Fisherman's Wharf and had it to ourselves. Most places not open but had breakfast at Denny's in the Holiday Inn. We hired a bike and cycled across the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito and got the ferry back.
