It was a hopeless faulty towers experience where staff were both incredibly unhelpful, unwilling to assist, didn’t know what they were doing etc. I really would not recommend this accomodation as value for money. You expect at this price range a luxury experience and it was anything but.

I liked the location of the resort. The Concierge and fronts desk staff were nice. The cat refuge was great. The store was a good place for the little things and coffee.

Cannot beat the location. Short walk to black rock beach, short walk to Whalers Village. Great staff, easy parking. Positioned in the middle of the Kaanapali Coast, short drive to Nāpili and other great beaches.
