    It was wonderful!

It was wonderful! The first day we were there the line was two hours long to get at ticket and get on the boat. We went back early the next day at 9am and only had to wait a few minutes. It does not help to buy tickets online for this excursion.

it was fantastic, you will get wet so do not dress fancy, but that is part of it, take a small towel for camera, phone, pad etc you will enjoy, buy your ticket at the gate our tour was a lot dearer and not worth it, you do get a waterproof cagool ?

    This will make your trip.

This will make your trip. Run toward the bow for maximum views...and drenching. The sound of the falls and the force of the "mist" (quaint little name, that, for the pounding pellets of water!) are magnificent. The line is very long. I wouldn't bet on the 15-minute wait they claim, and only one boat was running on the American side (funny how the Canadians were running multiples with much fewer crowds).

If you visit Niagara Falls take one of the maid of mist tours. It will save you alot of walking and if you don't have a passport you will still get to see the Canadian side of the Falls. Definitely worth the money

The elevator rides are warm and a little tight but quick (27 secs). Put the complimentary rain poncho on AFTER you get on the boat. Stay around after and enjoy the view of both falls from the observation deck. Enjoy!

The wait and the chaotic lines were totally worth it.

The wait and the chaotic lines were totally worth it. The boat ride was awesome! Wear your poncho though, you get WET! They could most definetly use some reorganization when it comes to waiting in lines for the observation deck/maid of the mist boat though.

The location is superb. It’s just a 5 min walk from American falls of Niagara Falls and the observation tower. If you are staying here then don’t have to take a Niagara fall tour ticket since everything is in walking distance. Just book the Maid of the mist and cave of winds ticket directly at counter

Walking distance (up to 30 minutes) to every major sight - cave of the winds, maid of the mist, niagara falls, niagara trails and park. Good buffet breakfast (also it would be nice to add some vegetables). We also enjoyed complimentary coffee. Rooms and common areas are nicely designed.

Excellent location not too far and within walking distance from Niagara Falls, Maid of the Mist and Cave Of The Winds. Good facilities with a nice pool to swim in. Definitely worth paying a bit more for a ‘view’ room. Good variety of restaurants although we only used one for breakfast. Comfortable beds and room, nice gift shops too.

The hotel is in an excellent location, you can get out of it and the waterfalls are right next to it, as well as Goat Island. There are restaurants near the hotel and excellent pizza across the road. The hotel provides free parking for guests and there is plenty of parking, so even if you want to get to Maid of the Mist, it is a few minutes walk away.

The location was fabulous, not even a 5 minute walk to the Maid of the Mist. The area surrounding the hotel was touristy, as expected, but you were tucked away and it felt quiet and calm. Our room was on the 6th floor and you could see snippets of the river. The room was very clean, tidy and the beds comfortable, the reception team were lovely. Overall it was a well priced hotel where I would definitely stay again.

The location was a big plus… overlooking the mist and a very short distance for the entrance to maid of the mist. Room was very spacious and bathroom was well laid out.
