The room was spacious, clean & quiet. My friend & I were hiking in the Grand Canyon the following morning & had to be up very early so quiet was important. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were helpful & friendly.

We booked via Booking.com but upon arrival there was no booking to be found in the system of the hotel (despite our email confirmation from Booking). After a while we did get a room and an upgrade because of the inconvenience caused by Booking. Excellent service.
We stayed in studios. Location is great, 15 min to Grand Canyon Village if you drive before the entrance queue starts. Elks were grazing right in front of the house. The studio was comfortable and had everything we needed.
Very close to the Grand Canyon Village. Perfectly located. Staff was friendly and the breakfast included in the daily rate was good, because of the very broad variety they are offering.

Great place to stay overnight when visiting Grand Canyon Village - south rim. Cozy apartment, comfy bed, kind staff. Restaurants and groceries nearby. Shuttle to GC Village available too. Less than 10 minutes by car from Grand Canyon Village. Fine breakfast and whirlpool available :)
The place is a nice alternative to the Grand Canyon Village, only at about 15-20 min drive.
After a day trekking on the south rim, it was nice to enjoy both the outdoor pool and the jacuzzi. The restaurant is also good. The staff is friendly.
We were unfortunate with 2 issues in our room (the AC was leaking and the toilette didn't flush) however the staff was very kind to immediately let us use the bathroom in another room.
