The Salon tea service was delightful and a wonderful experience away from the standard New Orleans. The room was perfect for our family of 5 - large, comfortable, and yet cozy at the same time. We thoroughly enjoyed valeting our car and not needing to use it again until we checked out - the location can't be beat.

This was so disappointing to me.
This was so disappointing to me. There are some great places to get food right at the beginning of it, but that's the best part of it. The rest of the "Market" if you want to call it that is all mass produced junk for tourists. This was definitely not what I was expecting or hoping for...what a disappointment.

We had a wonderful time in New Orleans. The hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance of the French Market, cafe du monde and round the corner from Bourbon Street. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself has a lovely antique feel and character that transports you back in time. Really pleased with our stay!
The location on Frenchmen Street was awesome. Close enough to walk to the French Markets and to catch the street car. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was a must with two couples travelling together. We got some tips from the locals about where to eat and so glad we did as we wouldn’t have known some of the places were even there.
Large clean rooms, good free Louisiana coffee in a historic building in French Quarter - Royal Street, Bourbon Street, French Market and Jackson Square in 15 min walk away. Nice pool and own licensed bar in the patio .
The hotel is nicely situated close to the main streets (Royal, Bourbon, and French Market); walking distance from all the highlighted spots. The Hotel was charming with a peaceful courtyard and pool. I loved that there was a lot of bottled water available at all times.
The location was excellent, due to it being within walking distance of the French Market, French Street, Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. I did not try the breakfast, but the dining area was full every day.
This is one of our favorite hotels in New Orleans! We love the location. It is really close to Frenchmen St. and the French Market, as well as some of our favorite restaurants. The hotel has a lot of character, antique decor, and a beautiful courtyard area. The staff have always been extremely pleasant.
The Hotel was near the vintage trolley bus station (that heads to the french market and frenchmen street), Bourbon Street, and the station of the trolley bus that head to garden street. Many coffee shops and restaurants are at a walking distance from the hotel. The area is calm at night.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. You can book city tours at the hotel.
The view from the roof top bar was nice.
