I liked the room, it was big, and there were many facilities in the property. It was an older property but that was already known.

We really loved the space and the coffee bar as well as the well-appointed room. When we checked in we discovered that the door lock wasn't working, but a service technician arrived immediately after we reported the issue and quickly fixed it. Lots of great options for dining and drinks in the area, well served by bus and nearby metro, and walkable to the zoo. I would definitely stay here again!

Beds were extremely comfortable and very clean. Lots of light in room and easy to get close to well lit mirror for applying make up etc. There was a free coffee machine in reception and well stocked vending machines.
Location was perfect for me - very near to Van Ness metro station red line plus there were also nearby bus stops. Close to a ‘Giant’ supermarket, CVS, an award winning bakery, Potbelly’s and Starbucks to name just a few.
I was visiting family who live on Van Ness NW and this was only hotel I could find in vicinity but it was fine.
