Location is great. Central to all the nice courses on that end of "Palm Springs". Close to all the PGA West properties and no more than 10 or so miles to most other nice courses out there.
It's also surprisingly relaxing there along the shores of lake La Quinta😁

The breakfast was ok. However, we arrived during an extreme heat wave incl. sand storm and the a/c just did not manage to cool down the room over the night (it must have been approx 110 Fahrenheit outside at night).
